To provide better medical care to patients, we conduct clinical research to resolve questions that arise in daily clinical practice, translational research (TR), which bridges basic research and clinical practice, and discovery research, which aims to elucidate the pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer across organs, are conducted seamlessly in collaboration with researchers in various fields and companies.
Although the Department of Medical Oncology is a young department created in November 2021, it has started Phase I clinical trials with new drugs, is actively operating Phase II and III clinical trials, and is actively working to introduce advanced medicine and research.
